Jenna's switch from porn to praise
Once crowned the world’s most famous adult film star, Jenna Jameson is now making headlines for a very different reason – her public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ.
The 51-year-old, born in Las Vegas, shared news of her baptism in November last year.
She told followers she was “switching sides” after decades defined by fame, addiction and personal turmoil.
In a striking social media post, she urged fans: “Crack [open] the Bible … you won’t regret it.”
Jameson, once dubbed the “Queen of Porn” after rising to global fame in the 1990s, said she is unashamed to speak out – despite criticism.
“I am being public about it because I know there are legions of people that want to know Christ but are in fear of judgment,” she wrote.
“After decades of being known for my body and sin, getting baptised and helping others find Jesus too,” she wrote in a social media post, signalling what she called a complete spiritual shift.
Her message echoes the words of Jesus in Luke 15:7 – “I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.”
For Jameson, the past no longer defines her – and she is determined to help others discover the same redemption.
Now, she says, her Christian faith has brought peace and purpose.
“I’ve found my faith again and I’m so at peace,” she wrote.
